Key Coat Latex Primer

On existing painted surfaces chip the surface thoroughly until 80% of the underlying substrate is exposed.

Surface must be clean and dry.

To make a slurry add Mosaic Fix to Key Coat; slurry should be ‘runny’ enough to apply to substrate with a paint brush.  Ideal for preparing smooth surfaces to mosaic as well as very porous surfaces i.e. fibre-cemented board or porous bricks.
